This article explains how to troubleshoot the issue of the screen orientation changing when you enter a Interview room.

How to recover

1. On the screen before entering the harutaka live room, tap the [□] icon in the Safari address bar.
2. Tap [...] and under [Website Settings for COMPANY.HARUTAKA.JP], turn off "Request Desktop Website".
3. Select [Page Actions], tap [Request Mobile Website], and then enter the Interview room.
4. If the steps above do not resolve the issue, please close your browser and try the following:
   • Clear your cache.
   • Quit and restart your browser.
   • Restart your device.

※The screen orientation changes because "Request Desktop Website" is enabled in your Safari settings.
