This article explains how to troubleshoot the issue of the screen orientation changing when you enter a Interview room.

- On the screen before entering the harutaka live room, tap the [□] icon in the Safari address bar.
- Tap [...] and under [Website Settings for COMPANY.HARUTAKA.JP], turn off "Request Desktop Website".
- Select [Page Actions], tap [Request Mobile Website], and then enter the Interview room.
- If the steps above do not resolve the issue, please close your browser and try the following:
- Clear your cache.
- Quit and restart your browser.
- Restart your device.
※The screen orientation changes because "Request Desktop Website" is enabled in your Safari settings.
