Following explains how to deal with Online Interview screen problems. This issue is often caused by the Google Translate extension on the Chrome browser. Please refrain from using Google Translate on the Online Interview page.

How to recover

1. Close your browser.
2. Disable the Google Translate extension.
3. Click the URL of the Online Interview room again to re-enter.
4. If this does not resolve the issue, please try the following.

• Clear your cache.
• Quit and restart your browser.
• Restart your device.
