- Is the external microphone enabled?

- Are you using wireless earphones?
※Try switching to wired earphones or directly use the speaker on device.
- If you are using wired earphones, unplug it and plug it back in.
- If you have any applications or security software running, please close them down.
- Select [Reconnect] on the Online Interview screen.
- Exit and reaccess to the Online Interview.
If you still have problems delivering your voice, plase try the following.
- Clear your cache.
- Close your browser and restart it.
- Restart your device.
- Reduce the burden on the terminal .
※If the device is low on charge, please connect the device to a power.
Difficult to hear the other party's voice.
- Is the internet speed10Mbps or higher? Please connect at a stable network environment.
- If the voice is too quiet, turn up the volume of the device.
- Please ask the other party to use a earphone with microphone.
※If they have no earphone with microphone, please ask them to speak louder or speak closer to the microphone.
