I can't hear any sound.

Following explains how to deal with sound problems.

My voice is not delivered.

  1. Is the internet speed10Mbps or higher? Please connect at a stable network environment.
  2. Is the microphone on mute?
  3. Is the external microphone enabled?
    ※Click here to set your browser's microphone permission.
    ※Click here to change harutaka's device settings.
  4. Are you using wireless earphones?
    ※Try switching to wired earphones or directly use the speaker on device.
  5. If you are using wired earphones, unplug it and plug it back in.
  6. If you have any applications or security software running, please close them down.
  7. Select [Reconnect] on the Online Interview screen.

  8. Exit and reaccess to the Online Interview.

If you still have problems delivering your voice, plase try the following.

  • Clear your cache.
  • Close your browser and restart it.
  • Restart your device.
  • Reduce the burden on the terminal .

※If the device is low on charge, please connect the device to a power.

Difficult to hear the other party's voice.

  1. Is the internet speed10Mbps or higher? Please connect at a stable network environment.
  2. If the voice is too quiet, turn up the volume of the device.
  3. Please ask the other party to use a earphone with microphone.
    ※If they have no earphone with microphone, please ask them to speak louder or speak closer to the microphone.
