Following explains how to deal with video problems.

How to recover
  1. Please check your OS and browser environment.
  2. Please check if you are using the recommended network environment.
  3. Please check if the external camera is enabled on your device.

    ※Click here to set your browser's camera permission.

  4. If you have any applications or security software running, please close them down.
  5. Select [Reconnect] on the Online Interview screen.

  6. Exit and reaccess to the Online Interview.

If you still have problems delivering your voice, plase try the following.

  • Clear your cache.
  • Close your browser and restart it.
  • Restart your device.
  • Reduce the burden on the terminal .

 ※If the device is low on charge, please connect the device to a power.
